Make sure to get twin/double room with landmark view, bath and shared bathroom. This property is in a stunning location, near lovely rural Waikato, and a gorgeous waterfall.

A nice size rooms with climate control, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV, etc. Central location to the Hamilton ' Fieldays' major annual event, enjoyable breakfast.

This so-called B&B wasn't what I expected. Our room reminded me of a makeshift attic, no privacy at the price we paid. A moronic rule about cooking only during certain hours left us starving after a long journey. Unbelievable, I almost gave a good review but just couldn't. Talk about a letdown!

We were left hungry and disappointed after a long day of travel, as cooking was prohibited past a certain time. Sharing the bathroom felt inconvenient, especially in the mornings when multiple guests were competing for it.

The gourmet sandwiches and home-baked bread at breakfast were to die for! Jen's good apple crumble paired perfectly with our family dinner. Dewi's delicious steak was another highlight, made our taste buds dance.

The charm of this handmade house is captivating, with amazing views and authentic Kiwi hospitality. Jen and Dewi’s attention to detail, from offering warm coffee on arrival to providing local attractions, enhanced our experience. Sharing the bathroom was occasionally crowded during peak hours.

The room was cozy and the bed, comfortable. Jen and Dewi, offering warm tea upon our arrival. Jen even scheduled a private thermal pool soak for us. Breakfast was lovely and left us wanting to stay longer.

We had to leave too soon.
